Luntika invented and drew Darina Schmidt, who later became the director of the series at the Melnitsa studio.

Head, four ears...

Darina decided that the alien creature should differ from earthlings in the number of some body parts. “But if I had drawn him three legs or one eye, he would have looked like a monster, and I wanted to make him a cute creature,” says the director. “But with four ears, the alien turned out cute, his ears look like bows. By the way, We once tried to draw him with two ears, and he immediately took on a stupid look.”

Was not immediately chosen and color character. “The only thing there was no doubt about was that the shade should be cold, then it would be associated with space, where Luntik came from,” says Darina. “Green, red and other “natural” colors disappeared, otherwise the hero would have merged with the background. We We drew several options - yellow, lilac and blue and showed them to the children. The kids liked the lilac one the most."

But the hardest thing was to come up with an alien Name. They offered all sorts of options: from Khrustik to Eroshka. “I wanted to call him Lunatic, because he fell from the Moon,” says the director. “But this name was not approved, they said that it was associated with lunar disease. Then one letter was removed from it, and so Luntik was born.”

Luntik is voiced by actress Ekaterina Gorokhovskaya.“When I first saw Luntik, he seemed hooligan to me, and I wanted to give him a boyish voice,” says the actress. “But then it turned out that he is a gentle and defenseless creature, so his voice should be higher and thinner.” When Luntik got used to it a little on Earth, his voice changed, became more cheerful and mischievous."

The actress admitted that she recognized Luntik... as her five-year-old son Boris. “I was surprised at how much the facial expressions and reactions to what was happening around coincided,” says Ekaterina. It was from Bori that the actress adopted Luntik’s gasps and sighs, as well as his famous “giggle”.

The creators of "Luntik" are producing the series in record time short time - 6 episodes per month. Delays are undesirable, and one day Catherine had to go to a recording session, having barely recovered from a sore throat. “I was terribly wheezing and therefore the day before I was actively restoring my voice: I was silent, I drank green tea, gargled,” says the actress. “Fortunately, that day I just had to voice the episode in which Luntik had a cold.”

Before each recording, Ekaterina says the setting phrase “Why, when you throw a stone into the water, does it make circles?” This is a replica of Luntik from the cartoon. It is her actress who speaks when children, having learned that she voices Luntik, ask to say something in his voice.

Ekaterina admitted that when, during recording, she realizes that she did something wrong and needs to stop, she utters some “adult” word, which is clearly not in Luntik’s vocabulary. “For example, I can say, “Wow!”, Ekaterina laughs.

When the producer of the Melnitsa studio, Alexander Boyarsky, had a birthday, it was Luntik who congratulated him on behalf of his colleagues. “Luntik was so serious, businesslike, wearing a bow tie,” recalls Ekaterina Gorokhovskaya. “True, while recording the congratulations, he made a big mistake in the text, and then completely touched and dropped the camera that was filming him, but the hero of the occasion was pleased.”

He gave a “Russian voice” to the heroes of more than three hundred films. Including Leonardo DiCaprio in the unforgettable "Titanic"...).

Luntik - main character animated television series " Adventures of Luntik", a mysterious baby who was born on the Moon and ended up on Earth. On Earth, Luntik found friends: the grasshopper Kuzya, the ladybug Mila and Little Bee. Naturally kind and sociable, the moon baby becomes everyone’s favorite of the inhabitants of the clearing where he ended up by the will of fate. Luntik is especially warmly treated by the elderly childless hornet couple, who became his guardians and call him their grandson.

The image of Luntik - a good-natured, naive, inquisitive creature - is especially close to children early age. According to the creators, each episode touches on some moral value, teaching young viewers the basics of morality and ethics.

The series is very kind. With a child's view of the world. There are no entirely negative characters here, not even the hooligan, gluttonous caterpillars. The toad-Klava (which frightens the inhabitants of the clearing primarily with its size, and what’s more, the possibility of being eaten) and the hysterical leech are often shown from different sides, with multifaceted characters that also have positive traits.

The series is a collection of short 6-minute episodes. Each episode is a complete story.

Project manager: Darina Shmidt.

On TV Good night, kids, the animated series has been shown since 2006!

Pupsen and Vupsen (children)

Born (May 13) Two inseparable twin caterpillar brothers, local hooligans. Based on their age, most likely teenagers call Luntik and his friends “baby”. Harmful, stupid, fastidious, ill-mannered, lazy, dirty, well-aimed, dexterous, constantly find themselves in trouble because of this. But, at the same time, they are quick-witted, they are not alien to all childhood aspirations and joys, and are talented in their own way: they know how to dance well and make figures from grass. Always love to chew grass and eat berries. They dream of becoming butterflies. The ringleader in their couple is Vupsen, he is more assertive and aggressive. Pupsen is softer and more loyal than Vupsen, and often succumbs to his influence. Often caterpillars quarrel and even fight among themselves, but then they make up anyway. Sometimes Vupsen and Pupsen still help Luntik and his friends.

According to the plot of the series, Vupsen and Pupsen are butterfly larvae. However, compared to Baby Bee and Sweetie, they are equivalently older and are teenagers. Although the baby bee and Mila are younger than the caterpillars, they have already passed the larval and pupal stages.

It’s very interesting that in the Animated Series, Vupsen often speaks in Pupsen’s voice!: In episode 42 of “Ignorant,” Vupsen said: “It’s all because of you, butterfly, let’s chase it away!” And in episode 369" Air balloons“Vupsen said: “This is Klava!”

Feigning severity, pseudo-menacing spider. Like a regular spider, it has 4 pairs of limbs - 2 pairs of arms and 2 pairs of legs. Deep down he is kind and sentimental. Weaves webs, writes poetry. Loves to draw and play musical instruments, and can simultaneously do all this with all 4 hands (in various episodes he is repeatedly shown painting with several brushes at once; in the closing credits of each episode he plays two harmonicas simultaneously). In one of the episodes he demonstrated his ability to make sculptures. He loves his grandmother and writes letters to her regularly. He is very afraid of thunderstorms.

Spider Shnyuk in the first episodes is shown as a dangerous aggressive character. Kuzya, having fallen into his web, says that if he does not get out of this “brilliant beauty”, then the spider Shnyuk will drag him away. But later Shnyuk appears as a mostly harmless creature, menacing only in appearance; he feeds on nectar. And he subsequently weaves a web only for beauty or for construction and installation work.

One of the most popular Russian animated series is "Luntik". The picture fascinates children with its kindness and positivity. Also young viewers I really like the main character of the animated story, who is unlike other participants in “Luntik”. This article will tell you what the characters' names are, what they look like, and how they communicate with each other.

Luntik

The main character of the cartoon is a resident of the Moon. The character Luntik, who became the central personality in the film, was born on a satellite and then fell to Earth. Together with his new acquaintances, he was able to determine what the moon bee was. Despite the fact that Luntik is not an inhabitant of the Earth, and he also does not know his parents, he does not remain lonely. Soon an elderly pair of bees welcomes him into their home. In addition, the main character quickly finds mutual language with other inhabitants of the clearing. They helped him with this kindness and sincerity. The boy knows nothing about the world around him, so he tries to understand and study it. Unfortunately, sometimes this naivety leads to unpleasant situations.

Luntik's appearance is very unusual. It is much larger than any other insect. It has fluffy pink fur, colored with light and dark spots. The baby moon bee also has four ears. In addition, the guy can breathe underwater as well as on land.

Kuzya

The grasshopper Kuzya can be considered the best friend of the above-mentioned hero. He spends the most time with the main character of "Luntik". Kuzya also helps the guy learn everything about the Earth.

The personalities of the moon bee and the grasshopper are very different. Kuzya is purposeful and constantly tries to win. He is always confident in himself and does not want to give in, which often becomes the cause of conflict with other cartoon characters. Luntik constantly tries to correct his friend’s mistakes. At the same time, Kuzya also tries to help others and respect elders. He sincerely cares about his comrades and is therefore always ready to protect them.

Mila

Which character from "Luntik" is called a crybaby? Ladybug Mila. Young girl She is very impressionable and emotional, which makes it difficult for others to communicate with her. Despite this, Luntik always tries to pay attention to Mila and, if necessary, help and calm her down in some way.

More than anything else, Mila loves to make sand cakes. It happens that she can spend the whole day doing this activity. She also loves to make huge castles and decorate them. Because the favorite hobby requires a lot of time and effort, Mila gets very upset when something doesn’t work out for her or if someone breaks her sand beads. Unfortunately for everyone, Mila's cakes usually take up a lot of space and sometimes get knocked over when someone walks by. A lock breaking can provoke a whole hysteria, and Luntik always tries to avoid such situations.

One of Mila's best friends is Little Bee. They can build castles and communicate together for a long time. In addition, he is the fastest at calming Mila when she is upset.

Little Bee

Little Bee is the most hard-working of all the characters in the cartoon "Luntik". Despite the fact that he is the same age as everyone else, the guy works hard and also studies. It also surprises everyone that Little Bee manages not only to find time to prepare homework and collect nectar, but also to communicate with friends. In addition, he takes part in various competitions.

As mentioned earlier, Little Bee spends a lot of time with Mila. Perhaps more than with other friends. Mila is sure that no one understands her as well as Little Bee, and perhaps this is so. Meanwhile, the hero himself cannot be completely honest with Mila, since he has been in love with her for a long time. The guy also hides his feelings from Luntik and Kuzi, even when the grasshopper begins to be offended that Little Bee spends more time with Mila and not with them. By nature, this character is very kind, but he gets very upset when he fails to do something the way he planned.

Vupsen and Pupsen

Among the characters in "Luntik" there are also two twin brothers. These are the caterpillars Vupsen and Pupsen. They can only be distinguished by their clothing. Vupsen wears a red bandage on his head and has a plum painted on his collar. Pupsen has two cherries depicted on his apron, and he has a cap on his head.

Caterpillars love to eat grass huge quantities. They have one dream. More than anything else, they want to turn into beautiful butterflies and are constantly trying to speed up this process, but nothing works. These are twins who constantly offend others and play mischief. Kuzya considers the caterpillar brothers to be evil because they do something bad almost every day, but the relationship improves when Vupsen and Pupsen ask for forgiveness.

The characters of the caterpillars are also very different. Vupsen is older, a little stronger, and it is he who always figures out how to do mischief. Pupsen simply follows the ideas of his older brother, and he himself pays for it.

Spider Shnyuk

Not all the characters in the cartoon "Luntik" are children. One of the adult heroes of the animated film is the spider Shnyuk. He differs from the others in that he loves solitude very much. Even on the front door of his house there is a sign that says “No one here.” Despite the fact that Shnyuk does not like company, Luntik manages to make friends with him.

The moon bee learns that the spider is very creative personality. He writes a lot of poetry, makes a beautiful web and admires it. He can also draw and make sculptures.

Baba Kapa and General Cher

The only couple among the characters in Luntik are Baba Kapa and General Sher. Two elderly bees live on a huge tree. Before Luntik fell to Earth, they lived together, but then they decided to take him home. Very soon they were able to become a real family.

Baba Kapa is very economical. She loves to bake pies and treat them to all Luntik's neighbors and friends. General Sher is constantly trying to do something useful around the house to help his wife, but not all of his ideas are successful. Nevertheless, he does an excellent job of taking care of Luntik. Cher is always ready to help his new grandson solve his problems, as well as learn something new. The main character of the cartoon is never bored with his grandfather. Cher also never tires of reminding that he is a real general, which means he can cope with any difficulty.

Hi all!
I have younger sister, who really loves the cartoon “Luntik”! And I’m no exception, I love watching it)

The cartoon is named after the main character - Luntik. (More about the heroes later)

Luntik is a four-eared alien with a non-standard pink color of his body, hatched on the Moon and fell from it to Earth. Lives in a willow, in a forest clearing near a pond, along with other small insects.

The inhabitants of the clearing loved Luntik very much for his good character, hospitality, responsiveness and the desire to come to the aid of those who need it. He fell in love with the butterfly Elina. The evidence is that he collects flowers for her, writes poetry, and gives gifts.
