The head of the Federation Council Committee on International Affairs, Konstantin Kosachev, in turn, said that despite the victory, Ukraine is among the losers.

First Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on Defense and Security Franz Klintsevich even called for a boycott of Eurovision 2017, which will be held in Kyiv next year.

In addition to the “crust” from the Yerevan Conservatory, Iveta received the title of “the sexiest girl in Armenia” according to Elle Style magazine. At the competition, she performed a song that is not quite typical for Armenian representatives - LoveWave in the electro-pop style. After the first semi-final, the media especially noted the technical equipment of the performance, which included elements of burlesque, pyrotechnics, and holograms that created the effect of “cloning” the singer. In the final, Iveta managed to take 7th place.
