В четверг, 29 июня, популярный пекарь среди звезд отечественного шоу-бизнеса Ренат Агзамов назовет победителя шоу «Кондитер» на телеканале «Пятница!». Но прежде претенденты отправятся в Сочи, где должны будут получить оценки за свою выпечку от главных любителей сладкого – детей.
Принять участие в шоу «Кондитер » на «Пятнице! » мог любой желающий – достаточно было заполнить анкету на сайте. Суть проекта «Кондитер» с Ренатом Агзамовым в том, что известный творец всего сладкого в поисках себе помощника, которому мог бы доверять в профессиональном плане.
Каждый выпуск проекта на «Пятнице! » (11 и финальный, 12-й эфир) – это три дня испытаний. За это время всякий раз участники должны были показать все, на что способны. Причем площадкой для кондитерских экспериментов являлось реальное производство. Однако, если зрители ожидали увидеть мимимишную передачу, где все просто купаются в сливках, безе и вишенках, то серьезно просчитались. Шоу «Кондитер» – это жуткий стресс, чумовые задания от мастера и безжалостный выбор, кому отправиться домой . При этом сам гуру, пока участники лепят, творят, малюют, обычно, как ошпаренная ракета, носился по кондитерской фабрике и выдавал всем по первое число.

Поэтому я решила не портить себе впечатление и не смотреть первый сезон. Жестко и прямолинейно!)
- ШОУ КОНДИТЕР 2 СЕЗОН
Ренат Агзамов начинает второй сезон кулинарного шоу Кондитер! На этот раз король тортов проедет вместе с победительницей первого сезона Ольгой Вашуриной по городам России, чтобы найти лучший народный рецепт. В каждом городе проходит кастинг, включающий 2 этапа:
Первый этап
На первом этапе участники приходят со своими десертами в специально оборудованное для шоу помещение, где Ренат вместе с Ольгой отбирают несколько наиболее вкусных и красивых десертов .
Мне кажется, хотя нам это не показывают, что есть еще какой-то предкастинг, на котором отбирают тех, кто будет показывать тортики и пирожные королю десертов…
Участники приходят разные: эпатажные и скромные, совсем юные и уже пожилые, приносят они так же десерты совершенно разные : изготовленные по бабушкинским рецептам и авторские, многоярусные торты и невзрачные пирожные.
Все десерты Ренат, Ольга и еще приглашенный кондитер оценивают и выдвигают вердикт . Безусловно, ведущая роль принадлежит Агзамову, именно он решает, кто проходит, а кто нет, хотя он всегда прислушивается к своим коллегам.
Не знаю, как было в первом сезоне, но здесь наши судьи вполне обоснованно критикуют сладости , если вкусно – они восхищаются и покрывают участника множеством комплиментов, а если невкусно – то они это прямо говорят или даже выбрасывают десерт на пол, разбивая даже тарелку.
Очень подходит фраза:
Как ты ко мне, так и я к тебе.
Все те, кто приходил на «понтах», с покупными десертами, с необоснованной агрессией, получали «в ответку» такое же отношение. А тем, кто был мил и добр, судьи тоже отвечали добром. Хотя иногда не все что по плану и появлялись и очень странные придирки…
Во второй этап, как правило, проходило 5 – 6 человек.
Второй этап
На втором этапе участники должны были испечь свой фирменный десерт за пять часов в экстремальных условиях (одна кухня, а кондитеров много, поэтому ругань, ссоры, склоки), а затем доставить его по назначенному адресу.
Однако есть некоторые нюансы: десерт участника, который прибежал первым по указанному адресу – судьи пробуют обязательно, десерт последнего не пробуют.
Так же Ренат может забраковать любой десерт, кроме первого, тортик выглядит непривлекательно и съесть его «глазами» не хочется.
Но вот опять встает вопрос: А справедливо ли это?
Ведь человек может изготовлять необычайно вкусные десерты, но делает это медленно, а значит, он не сможет прийти первым и, несмотря на вкус десерта, его никто не попробует. Либо может возникнуть обратная ситуация, когда человек даже не доделав свой десерт, рвется бежать, чтобы тупо дойти первым. К сожалению, и те и другие участники попадались. И я заметила, как правило, те, кто приходил первым – в финал не проходил.
Поспешишь – людей насмешишь.
По итогу, только один участник проходит в финал…

ВАЛЕНТИНА
Девушка подготовилась и принесла даже подарочек Ренату: вязанную шапочку. НО она видимо забыла, что шоу, не вязанных изделий, а все-таки кондитерских изделий. И…внимание… она принесла ПОКУПНОЙ НАПОЛЕОН, хотя Оля Вашурина сразу же догадалась…

Оно может и верно девушка говорит, но все-таки честность всегда ценилась и ценится!
После решения судей, она еще спорила, что ей не дают шанса.
МАРИЯ
Она тоже подготовилась, и исполнила танец испанский танец. Торт девушки был тоже вкусный, и она прошла на следующий этап.
ЭЛЬДАР
Он пришел с сестрой Лейлой, которая очень хорошо прочитала стихотворение: «Не говорить о Пушкине нельзя». Десерт же кондитера имел то же название: «Пушкин».
Тортик очень удался.
ЕВГЕНИЯ
Евгения, в качестве народного десерта, принесла макорунсы. А почему бы и нет?
Ренат решил пошутить и сделал «подлянку» Ольге, а именно: дал Оле макорун с красным перцем. И вообще, шуточки между судьями, ох, так и льются…
НАТАЛЬЯ
Наталья является тренером в тренажерном зале, поэтому она думает не только о вкусе десерта, но и о калорийности.
Хотя сейчас очень много тренеров, которым, наоборот, выгодно, чтобы их клиенты были жирными, чтобы подольше «толстячков» тренировать.
Во всех десертах Натальи нет сахара и всякого «шлака», это очень здорово!

И, к большому сожалению Оли, Ренат данный десерт не пропустил дальше.
ЕКАТЕРИНА
Екатерина принесла карамельный медовик, прянички и козули.
Изготовленные из теста запечённые фигурки. В настоящий момент козули изготавливают в Архангельской и Мурманской областях, а также на Урале.
Несмотря на всю необычность десертов, кондитера Катю не пустили дальше.
АНАСТАСИЯ
Настя – начинающий кондитер.
Ее тортик называется «Кубаночка». Он изготовлен полностью из натуральных местных продуктов.
Как оказалось, тортик оказался безумно вкусный, но декор, да вы и сами видите, какой-то не будоражущий воображение.
ТАТЬЯНА
Татьяна приехала аж из Магадана специально на кастинг проекта «Кондитер».
Это космос. Этому торту место в финале.
Слов больше не надо, все и так понятно.
МАРИЯ
Она училась во Франции, что собственно и отложилось на ее творчестве.
Название тортика «БананоЛэнд» (очень по-русски).
По решению Рената, торт, несмотря на вкусноту, не может быть назван народным, так как он имеет типичный французский вкус, а значит, победителем «Народного конкурса» и не станет.
РОМАН
Это обычные зефирки, которые даже были не приготовлены, а куплены.
Но парень видимо решил, что внутри него дремлет крутой повар-кондитер и на ходу придумывал рецепт зефирок, хотя Рената не проведешь и тот быстро раскусил обманщика.
ЕЛЕНА
Елена решила потешить самолюбие Рената и приготовила торт с его фигурой.
К ТОМУ ЖЕ:
Помимо кастинга Ренат в каждом городе с удовольствием посещает народных кондитеров , эти кондитеры не известны всему миру, но они изготавливают именно НАРОДНЫЕ десерты , которые имеют впечатляющий вкус. Из каждого знакомства король десертов подчеркивает что-то новое и полезное для себя.
В Краснодаре Ренат посетил известную домашнюю пекарню.
Здесь производят очень вкусные булочки, а из них на первом месте стоят круассаны.
В процессе производства Ренат не стесняется спрашивать и учиться, потому что знания никогда не бывают лишними.
ВТОРОЙ ЭТАП
Во второй этап прошли 6 участников , но из них в финал пройдет только один .
Правила обычные и простые:
а) 5 часов
б) фирменный десерт
в) доставить нужно в течение отведенного времени
г) десерт первого, кто пришел, пробуют обязательно
д) десерт последнего, кто пришел, не пробуют
Второй этап несколько «противен» , так как кухня на всех участников одна, поэтому не всем хватает нужной посуды, кухонных приборов и даже просто места. Поэтому участники начинают себя очень мерзко вести: они ругаются, кричат, ссорятся, подставляют друг друга и даже дерутся.
Да, это все выглядит не очень, но я могу сказать одно, наиболее «громкие и некультурные» особо то в финал не проходят. А те, кто работает в тишине, но вовремя берет все необходимые кухонные инструменты, спокойно проходит в финал.
Между прочим, в одном из городе, я не помню в каком, Ренат из-за того вот скандальчика на кухне выгнал девушку из шоу. Это справедливо!
